I've been interested in health most of my life, with over 10 years experience of Personal Training. Like anyone, I'm amazed at the amazing feats achieved by Olympic medalists and
fitness superstars. But my passion is more about raising the bar for 'normal' people, us regular folk. I think society can introduce
us to some unhealthy habits. I want to help you question those whilst you train in a fun, safe and effective way.
